The Cobleskill Everything Shoppe, located at 980 East Main Street, Cobleskill (next to Dunkin Donuts), appears boutique-ish, but donations arrive daily, and good deals go quickly, so thrift often. The shoppe is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm.
We carry a variety of women’s, men’s, children’s, and infants’ clothing, including shirts, sweaters, pants, dresses, skirts, shorts, and capris, and various jackets and coats. Once in a while, you can snag a good deal on a leather coat or carheart jeacket,
Whether you’re thrifting for a preloved pocketbook, handbag, or jewelry, you will find something that matches your style or complements your outfit. We often have a variety of shoes, dress shoes, sandals, sneakers, and boots for any occasion.
If home decorating is your jam, wait until you see the donated artwork, lamps, vases, knick-knacks, and vintage finds you can snag at great prices. And watch for unannounced sales, for example, ladies’ shirts and infant clothes, $1.00 each, to save even more.
Thrifting for good deals is all about timing, so visit regularly to search for treasures, because things go quickly. Clerks put out donated items one minute and sell them the next; 99.9% of the time.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, ask the clerk; we might have something in the back or can keep an eye out for you. With the exception of books, music CDs, DVDs, and records, which are not carried in the Cobleskill Everything Shoppe.
If you have items to donate to the Cobleskill Everything Shoppe, please remember we limit donations due to a lack of storage space. Don’t bring a carload full and expect us to take them all at once.
We will not accept more than two boxes of kitchen glassware (Wine Glasses, Coffee Cups, Dishes, or Dish Sets, etc.) and out-of-season Holiday Items at a time.
Most importantly, please make sure all donations are in sellable condition, clean, and free of stains, pet or human hair, dirt, or foul smells. This helps reduce the cost of garbage thrown into our dumpster.
